MARC L. JORDAN
Mr. Jordan is a well known, aggressive litigation attorney. Stories reporting on his cases have appeared in the Baltimore Sun and the Maryland Daily Record. Mr. Jordan has been interviewed on a segment of WBAL “I” Team Investigates.
Mr. Jordan is a 1984 honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, and also holds a Batchelor of Arts degree and a Masters of Business Administration degree from New York University. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Jordan was an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Jordan’s legal experience includes several years with the New York law firm of Paul Weiss Rifkin Wharton & Garrison. Mr. Jordan is a former member of the Howard County Commission on Disability and the Howard County Chamber of Commerce Legislative Affairs Committee and Chairman of the sub-committee on Technology Legislation
MELINDA TELL
Ms. Tell is a 1982 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Law School and a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Chatham College. Ms. Tell acquired extensive experience in litigation as an Assistant General Counsel of an independent Federal agency. Ms. Tell has represented the Resolution Trust Corporation and was a prosecuting attorney in Westchester County, New York, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
